FAQ
What stops anyone using it?
Only people their own venue has vouched for get in. Each venue adds its own team, and nobody else sees your offer. Trade discounts already exist across hospitality, but almost nobody advertises one — word gets round and within a week everybody is using it. This is what makes the offer safe to publish.
What does it cost?
Nothing until we launch. After that it is €19/month + IVA for founding venues, held at that price for your first year. One flat rate per venue whatever the size of your team, no tie-in, and you can cancel whenever you like.
What do I have to do?
Three things, and they take about ten minutes. Add your team by email, publish one offer, and put up the poster we send you. That is it — your team is in, and staff from other venues can find you.
What if I get swamped?
You set the limit. Choose the days and the hours, cap how many a day, and pause it whenever you want. The offer is yours — we never change it.
What happens to my team's data?
Their first name, last initial, and which venue's team they are on. No hours, no contracts, no pay, no photographs. We store no IP addresses and run no trackers. And no venue can see where its own team has redeemed, which is part of why they trust it.
Do I have to add everyone myself?
You can, and it is quickest with the team in front of you. They can also scan your poster and ask to join — the request arrives on your screen with an approve button, so you are always the one who decides.
